All Feyzan Jewellery products are 14K or 18K gold. They are custom designed and most of the time, handmade. We use both precious stones such as diamonds and semi-precious stones such as zirconium. Please see our product detail page for more information on the item.

We recommend using polishing cloth to clean and maintain your fine, delicate jewellery. Please avoid contact of your jewellery with cosmetic products, cleaning products and limit exposure of high temperatures. To keep your Feyzan Jewellery products in their original appearance and best shape; please keep them in the gift box in which you received your product. We also advise to store your chains and  bracelets closed and laid flat to avoid formation of knots.

If you don’t know the ring size of your partner at the time of your purchase, don’t worry. It is possible to leave the ‘ring size’ field empty when you’re purchasing the ring. You can always bring your item back to our shop with the certificate, we’ll measure and adjust it accordingly free of charge.

We accept bank transfer/EFT, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and bank cards.

Your order will be processed once the transaction is successful after choosing to pay with bank transfer or EFT. If the transaction is not successful after 2 days of the purchase your order will be cancelled. We offer free delivery on our products.

Orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days. This timings are subject to  change based on availability and/or production time. You’ll be notified if an item goes out. Once dispatched, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel. Weekends and holiday delivery is not available.

We are using Yurtici Kargo for deliveries.

 If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Feyzan Jewellery we would like to offer you an exchange or a full refund. Please return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be returned unworn, in the original packaging, with security tags in place. The product which is sold can only be exchanged for a  product of its own grade(K). Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on made to measure or engraved pieces.
